North Pole has all traveler services, including many fine restaurants, fast-food outlets, gas stations, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services. The post office is on Santa Claus Lane.
It’s Christmas year-round in North Pole on the Richardson Highway. But, of course, the elves are extra busy during the holidays.
The north is a winter wonderland in December, which means there are plenty of holiday activities in Alaska and the Yukon.
