Description: I had a flight booked from Fairbanks to Anchorage in December 2021. I knew this flight path would provide optimal viewing of Denali so I planned out a shot. I made sure to purchase a window seat on the correct side of the airplane. When we got to the airport our flight had been delayed due to the bathroom freezing on the plane. I became super worried that it would be dark by the time we were passing Denali. Luckily right as we were passing Denali it happened to be sunset and I snapped this awesome shot! This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
